Clinical case: canine without urinating.
Canine Golden retriever 10 years, the clinical examination showed severe distension of the urinary bladder.
In sonographic examination was observed severely distended urinary bladder with large amount of cellularity, crystals and clots. Kidneys with swelling in the pelvis, and the left kidney
dilatation of the ureter to the distal portion (hydroureter and mild hydronephrosis). prostatic and urethral dilatation penina may consider a urethritis or obstructive process.
Still was mesenteric lymph node reactive viewed signaling possible inflammatory or neoplastic process.
